Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Linkryse platform ("Linkryse," "we," "us," and/or "our"), including the website at linkryse.com, the dashboard at app.linkryse.com, Linkryse-owned short link domains (e.g., lryse.xyz), and any related services, features, tools, or products we may introduce in the future (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Linkryse Service

Description of Service

Linkryse is a link management platform that enables you to create custom short links, track click analytics, generate QR codes, build bio pages, and run conversion tracking. The Service is accessible at linkryse.com, app.linkryse.com, and Linkryse-owned short link domains, as well as any additional domains or subdomains we may operate.

We may update or modify the Service from time to time. We will not make changes that materially diminish the core functionality available under your current subscription plan without reasonable notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Linkryse account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Access

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not share your account credentials with any other person
  • Notify us immediately at support@linkryse.com of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account that we determine has been, or may have been, used for unauthorized purposes.

Plan Limits

Each subscription plan has monthly and lifetime usage limits. Plan details are available at linkryse.com/pricing.

When you reach a monthly usage limit, the corresponding feature is blocked until the next billing cycle. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

Linkryse does not charge overage fees. If you need higher limits, you may upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts.

Access Suspension

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend your access to or use of the Service:

  • For scheduled maintenance
  • Due to a force majeure event (see General Provisions)
  • If you or any of your authorized users violate any provision of this Agreement
  • To address emergency security concerns
  • If required by a governmental or regulatory authority or as a result of a change in applicable law

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content that you create, post, or transmit through short links.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create short links that redirect to:

  • Phishing, scam, or deceptive websites
  • Malware, spyware, or other malicious software
  • Pornography or explicit adult content
  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Content promoting illegal goods, services, or activities
  • Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination

Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Redirect through another link shortener to mask the final destination URL for malicious purposes
  • Create accounts under false identities for competitive analysis or benchmarking
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or otherwise attempt to extract data, algorithms, or internal functionality of the Service
  • Circumvent or interfere with any security, authentication, usage limits, or billing mechanisms of the Service
  • Use automated tools to create links at a volume that exceeds reasonable use
  • Reserve usernames, slugs, or short link paths for the purpose of resale ("squatting")
  • Access or use the Service to build, evaluate, or benchmark a competing product

Free Plan Fair Use

The free Starter plan may be used for commercial purposes. However, excessive link creation or click volume on the free plan constitutes a breach of this fair use policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate free accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusing the Service.

Short Link Domains

Linkryse-Owned Domains

Default short link domains (e.g., lryse.xyz) are owned and operated by Linkryse. All users share these domains.

We reserve the right to reclaim any short link on Linkryse-owned domains if necessary for:

  • Brand compliance or trademark protection
  • Abuse prevention or policy enforcement
  • Maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Service

Username squatting or reserving slugs on Linkryse-owned domains for resale is prohibited.

Custom Domains

You may connect your own domains to the Service by configuring the required DNS records.

When using custom domains:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining DNS records, domain registration, and domain renewal
  • Linkryse is not responsible for domain expiration, DNS misconfiguration, or issues with your domain registrar
  • Short links created on your custom domains are your property
  • You represent that you have the legal right to use any domain you connect to the Service

Data Ownership

Privacy Policy

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement.

Your Data

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to your data, including your links, analytics data, workspace settings, and any content you upload to the Service. During the term of this Agreement, you grant Linkryse the right to access, process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Upon account deletion, your data is removed in accordance with the data retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including all software, code, text, graphics, design, and presentation — are owned by Linkryse and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without our express written permission.

Aggregated Data

Linkryse may compile and derive aggregated performance metrics, usage patterns, and other statistical data from users of the Service ("Usage Data"). All Usage Data is aggregated and anonymized so that it cannot be used to identify you, your customers, or any specific individual. Usage Data is owned by Linkryse.

Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

Linkryse offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are available at linkryse.com/pricing. Prices are listed in USD and INR, and may be offered in additional currencies in the future.

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers, currently including Stripe, Razorpay, and Paddle. We may add or change payment processors at any time.

Linkryse does not directly handle or store payment card data. All payment information is processed and stored by the applicable payment provider in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

Upon cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Starter (free) plan. Your links remain active, but features exceeding Starter plan limits will be restricted.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies associated with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on Linkryse's net income.

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period for any subscription plan, you will not be charged until the trial expires. We may modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time without prior notice.

API Usage

API Access

API keys are provided for programmatic access to the Service. The number of API keys and per-minute rate limits are determined by your subscription plan.

You are responsible for the security of your API keys. You must treat API keys as confidential credentials and must not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code. If you believe an API key has been compromised, you should revoke it immediately from your dashboard and generate a new one.

Rate Limits

API requests are subject to per-minute rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary request rejection (HTTP 429 responses).

Sustained or deliberate abuse of API rate limits may result in key revocation or account suspension.

Webhooks and Integrations

If we offer webhook notifications or third-party integrations in the future, you are responsible for maintaining your endpoint availability and processing webhook deliveries. We are not liable for failed webhook deliveries due to your endpoint being unavailable or misconfigured.

Conversion Tracking

Integration Responsibility

Conversion tracking requires installing the Linkryse JavaScript SDK on your website. You are solely responsible for completing and maintaining this integration in accordance with the documentation provided.

You must obtain appropriate consent from your website visitors as required by applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and any other applicable regulations) before deploying the tracking script.

Data Controller and Processor

When using conversion tracking:

  • You are the data controller — you determine the purposes and means of processing visitor data collected on your website and are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal basis for such processing
  • Linkryse acts as a data processor — processing data on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions as described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy

Linkryse is not liable for your failure to obtain required consent from your website visitors or to comply with applicable data protection laws in connection with your use of conversion tracking.

Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings in the dashboard. You may delete individual workspaces at any time (workspace owner only).

Before deleting your account, you may export your data where export functionality is available in the dashboard.

Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed in accordance with the data retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Linkryse

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • You fail to pay subscription fees when due
  • We are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process

Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice before termination, except in cases of severe abuse, fraud, or legal requirement where immediate action is necessary.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately
  • Short links on Linkryse-owned domains will stop redirecting
  • Short links on your custom domains will stop redirecting once you remove the DNS records pointing to Linkryse
  • Any outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from termination

Survival

Sections relating to Data Ownership, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and General Provisions survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. LINKRYSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

LINKRYSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA, ANALYTICS, OR REPORTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKRYSE BE LIABLE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LINKRYSE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKRYSE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO LINKRYSE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU ARE ON THE FREE PLAN AND HAVE PAID NO FEES, LINKRYSE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN US DOLLARS (USD $10).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkryse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct
  • Content you create, transmit, or make accessible through the Service
  • Your use of the conversion tracking SDK on third-party websites, including any failure to obtain required consent from website visitors
  • Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of the Service

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice via email or through the Service at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.

General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

No Class Actions

You may only resolve disputes with Linkryse on an individual basis and shall not bring a claim in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Notices

Notices to Linkryse must be sent to legal@linkryse.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices are deemed given when received.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet disruptions, or labor disputes (a "Force Majeure Event"), provided that the affected party promptly notifies the other party and resumes performance as soon as practicable. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate this Agreement without penalty.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our express written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Linkryse with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

Additional Terms

Certain features or products we introduce in the future may be subject to additional terms of service. By using such features, you agree to those additional terms, which will be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.
